On the 3 days of fasting cook up a lot of vetables and use 2 table spoons of butter.

Days that I have off eat chiptole, subway roasted chicken breat and baked lays, costa vida chicken salad easy tortilla chips on top. Only do 2 meals and no snacks.

green tea drink on cheat days.

Saterday intermidiate fast of 24 hours till the next day.

This sunday I will have spagetti.
I can have Carrot soup can be on my day of health.
