April 25

I have 2 green drinks and a powder drink with avocado.

I am going to do the 3 one 2 one.

So for 3 days juicing and smoothies only so that my body can heal.

one day eat a regular meal.

Monday Tuesday Wednesday Smoothies Fast

Thursday Eat

Friday Saturday Smoothie Fast

Sunday Eat

Repeat. 



Then back again. Do this for 2 months till I get to where I want to to be. I will have lost 20 pounds each month.
